Vickie Faye (King) Mayville

Ms. Vickie Faye King Mayville, 65, of Enigma, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Tift Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, January 1, 2023 at Tift Avenue Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Harsey officiating. Interment will follow at Tift Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 1, 2023 from 2:00 to 2:45 P.M. at the church before the service.

Steve Devane, Danny King, Terry King, Allen Strickland, Frankie Webb and Craig King will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer will be Larry King.

Ms. Mayville was born August 17, 1957 in Tift County to the late Clifton Jacob King and Marilyn Weaver King. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joey King. She graduated from Berrien County High School and completed multiple certifications in her field. Vickie worked for Tift Regional Medical Center, WellStar and Valdosta Family Medicine. She was a beautiful classy lady who was devoted to her family and her job. She loved being Momma and Grandma, but her favorite pastime was spending time with her family. She was very caring, loyal, giving and very good at her job.

Ms. Mayville is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, William Clifton and Holly Harsey of Brookfield, Timothy Lee and Wendy Harsey of Enigma and Michael Troy and Ashleigh Harsey of Nashville; her brothers, Larry King of Winder and Terry King of Brookfield; her grandchildren, Dylan, Gracie, Emma, Wesley, Charlee, Christina, Bryanna, McKenzie, Elizabeth and Harrison.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tift Avenue Missionary Baptist Church, 3015 Tift Avenue N, Tifton, Ga. 31794.
