Tina (Kopkie) Kelly

Mrs. Tina Kelly, 51, of Tifton, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at Tift Regional Medical Center.

A private family memorial visitation will be held Sunday afternoon, July 12, 2020 at Albritton Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Kelly was born February 27, 1969 in Fort Rucker, Alabama to James Dennis Kopkie and Marilyn Ann Capps. She was a registered nurse. Tina grew up in Blakely and graduated from Bainbridge College with her associate’s degree in nursing. As a registered nurse, she enjoyed her career as a traveling nurse in New Mexico, North Carolina and Savannah among other places. She enjoyed live music and comedy shows. Tina loved her family and had just welcomed her new granddaughter. She took pride in her cooking and staying healthy.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Paul Alvis Kelly of Tifton; her daughter and son-in-law, Megan and Sean Lockhart of Marietta; her son, Alexander Trawick of Newnan; two grandchildren, Mabry Lockhart and Ridge Kelly; one brother, Tony and Sherri Kopkie of Dothan; her stepmother, Sandra Kopkie of Athens, TN; her step-daughters, Lawson Kelly of Savannah and Pierce Kelly of Warner Robins and her step-son, Christopher Kelly of Amarillo, TX.
