Timothy Paul Underwood, 35, of Tifton died Thursday, September 01, 2016 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 4, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the chapel at Albritton Funeral Directors with the Rev. Fred Evers officiating. Interment will follow at Tift Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 3, 2016 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Germorman Roberson, Eddie Gonzales, Jobie Gandy, T.J. Gilliard, Ryan Kelly and Lee Gray.
Mr. Underwood was born October 31, 1980 to the late Paul Carlton and Brenda Terry Underwood in Tift County. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church. Mr. Underwood graduated from Tift County High School in 2000. He enjoyed Florida State football, the Atlanta Braves, fishing, playing baseball and going to the beach. Mr. Underwood loved his family very much and he especially loved watching his son play in the band.
Mr. Underwood is survived by his wife of ten years, Eloisa Gonzales Underwood, one son; Caleb Elijah Underwood of Tifton, one sister and brother-in-law; Christina Rayburn and T.J. Gilliard of Ray City, and one niece; Meagan Allison and Jobi Gandy of Ray City. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Jimmy Terry.
