Mitchell Alan Dorough

Mitchell Alan Dorough 60 of Tifton, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2023 at his residence.

As per his wishes, a private service will be held at a later time.

Mitchell was born April 22, 1962 in San Diego, California to the late Jerry Dorough and Eunice Luke Dorough Wright along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Dorough.

Mitchell was a Harley Davidson enthusiast. You could often find him riding his Harley down the road to visit his friends with his favorite companion “Rebel”. He loved spending time with his family and friends and just being a social butterfly, but his grandchildren were his world. Mr. Dorough has often said there were no such thing as strangers, only friends he has yet to meet.

Mitchell is survived by his two daughters and son-in-law, Melissa and Buck Ethridge of Ty Ty, GA and Kristian Dorough and Troy Price of Tifton, mother of his children, Kay Dorough, Sumner, GA, five grandchildren; Conner Dorough, Trey Ethridge, Tucker Ethridge, Zaida Macdorough, Kahnlee MacDonald, Brothers and Sister-in-law; Tracy Dorough, Cordele, GA, Randy and Sara Dorough of Kansas, Several nephews and nieces.
