Michael Benjamin Stevens

Mr. Michael Benjamin Stevens, 56, of Tifton, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 20, 2022 in the chapel of Albritton Funeral Directors.

Mr. Stevens was born August 27, 1966 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Benjamin Eugene Stevens and Jane Kennedy Zwickel. Michael was a graduate of Englewood High School in Jacksonville, Florida and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked for City of Tifton as a waste water tech for over twenty years. He sponsored the 50/50 softball team and he volunteered as a youth softball coach for the Tift County Recreation Department for many years. He also was an avid UGA football fan.

Mr. Stevens is survived by his brother, Matt Stevens of Jacksonville, Florida and his step brother, Jason French of Missouri. He is also survived by his aunts, cousins and his dog, Pee-nut.
