Mariela "Mary" (Hernandez) Mayorga

Mariela “Mary” Hernandez Mayorga, 39, of Omega passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at her residence.

A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, December 3, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. in Our Divine Saviour Catholic Church of Tifton with Father Oyenugba officiating. Interment will follow in Oakridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Albritton Funeral Directors.

Mariela was born May 25, 1982 in Cadereyta Jimenez, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Raymondo Hernandez and the late Maria Teresa Garcia Vazquez. Mary was a member of Our Divine Saviour Catholic Church of Tifton and was a salesman with Badcock Furniture Company. She was a 2001 graduate of Tift County High School. She was the life of the party and loved going to church retreats and attending church. Mary was very outgoing and never met a stranger.

In addition to her father, Mary is survived by her children, Mia Mayorga, Maria Guadalupe Mayorga and Jose Luis Mayorga all of Omega; two brothers, Ruben Hernandez of Pavo and Ray Hernandez of Warner Robins; four sisters, Maria Maldonado, Ericka Hernandez, Gabriela Hernandez and Julissa Hernandez.
