Joshua Trey Dennard

Joshua Trey Dennard, 18, of Tifton, died at his residence on Wednesday, September 14, 2016.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 3 P.M. at Journey Church with the Pastor Ronnie Foster and Pastor Benjie Rowland officiating.  Interment will follow at Oakridge Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 17, 2016, before the service at 1-2:30 P.M. in the church.

Pallbearers will be Justin Houle, Jonathan Crowe, Dustin Goode, Anthony Dennard, Jordan Houle and Michael Martin.

Trey was born on June 21, 1998 to Mindy Houle and the late Corey Dennard of Tifton.

Mr. Dennard was a 2016 graduate of Tift County High School and was presently attending ABAC.  He was a member of Journey Church. He loved his church dearly and was a willing servant.  Trey loved playing basketball and helping others. He was a very selfless young man. He was proud to be a cancer survivor.  His family and friends were the center of his life.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Dennard is survived by his two sisters, Alexis Dennard and Alivea Houle of Tifton; his maternal grandparents, Sylvia and Bert Crowe of Murphy, NC and Jerome and Kathy Houle of Chula; his paternal grandparents, Doris and Darrell Smith of Tifton; his nephew, Garrison Dennard; his cousin whom he considered a brother, Jordan Houle; his cousins he considered as sisters, Jada Porter and Kaliyah Gray; numerous other cousins,  his special friends, Logan Cone, Randi Cone and Zoei Whaley; his uncles, Justin Houle, Jonathan Crowe, Jamie Mullis, Jeromy Mullis and Anthony Dennard; his aunts, Darby Hendley, Antrice Dennard, Lequita Dennard and Jennifer Good and  his “Mama Pearl”.

Mr. Dennard was preceded in death by his father, Corey Dennard.
