James Colones Livingston

James Colones Livingston, 84, of Tifton died at his residence surrounded by his family on Monday, September 19, 2016.

A celebration of life service will be held in the chapel of Albritton Funeral Directors at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 24, 2016 with the Rev. Landon Alberson officiating. A private family burial will be held in Livingston, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Livingston was born on October 27, 1931 to the late James Elvin and Fannie Mai Livingston in Anthony, Florida.

Mr. Livingston was a meat cutter by trade for many years. He loved genealogy, wood working and gardening and was always there to assist friends with projects from remodeling, car repair, to having a cup of coffee and just catching up. James was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to all.

In addition to his wife of 42 years, Bonnie Dillard Livingston, Mr. Livingston is survived by one son, James Livingston of Perry; five daughters, Beverly and Bill Hughes of Casselberry, FL, Lori Lynn and Eric Busta of Windsor, CO, Jamie and J.B. West of Sylvester, Vicki Livingston-Ziegler and Frank Ziegler of Woodbine, MD, and Beverly Livingston of Orange Park, FL; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
