Ethan Daniel Smith

Ethan Daniel Smith, 12, of Tifton, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at his residence.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Ethan was born July 15, 2010 in Tift County to Leslea Smith. Ethan was free spirited, island boy that hated to wear clothes. He loved to climb trees and was an avid swimmer.

In addition to his mother, Ethan is survived by his sister, Amber Adams of Tifton; his father figure, Herschel Collins; his maternal grandfather, Robert Smith of Tifton and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
