Elizabeth Joan (Baldree) Hernandez

Enigma – Elizabeth Joan Baldree Hernandez, 58, of Enigma, died Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Enigma Congregational Church with the Rev. Mark Stone and Rev. Becky King officiating. Interment will follow at the Enigma City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, April 29, 2016, 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Albritton Funeral Directors.

Greg Shoupe, Zach White, David Pritchard, David Jernigan, Luis Hernandez and Richard Eshlemen will serve as pallbearers. Tyler Eshlemen, Juan Garcia, Carmelo Garcia and Gonzalo Duque will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Mrs. Hernandez was born September 2, 1957 in Ft. Polk Louisiana to the late Aaron and Lorraine Prozandek Baldree.

Mrs. Hernandez was married to Prudencio Hernandez for thirty four years. She attended Enigma Congregational Christian church. Mrs. Hernandez loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren, cooking, shopping, and dancing.  She was a loving and caring wife who also was always very generous and kind with her family and friends. Mrs. Hernandez was a very strong willed person and she waged a valiant fight against her illness. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Mrs. Hernandez was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Baldree as well as her parents.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Hernandez is survived by her daughter, Victoria Hernandez of Enigma, her son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Chelsea Hernandez of Tifton; two sisters, Patricia Baldree of Enigma and Becky Baldree of Enigma; her two grandchildren, Hannah Dorsey of Enigma and Breanna Hernandez of Tifton; and several nieces and nephews.
