Connie Diane (Beck) Wilcox

Mrs. Connie Diane Beck Wilcox of Tifton, 58, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2019 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 21, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Albritton Funeral Directors with Rev. Salone Green and Rev. Gordon Statum officiating. Interment will follow in Oakridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 20th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Justin Spivey, Chris Luke, Keith Luke, Preston Luke, Peyton Spivey, Kaleb Spivey, Ronnie Roberts and David McMahon will serve as pallbearers.

Mrs. Wilcox was born September 6, 1960 in Tift County to Walter Leroy Beck and the late Ila Mae Stinton Beck. After her father’s military career, they moved back to Tifton in 1980.  In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother Travis Beck. Mrs. Wilcox was a member of Carpenter Road Church of God of Tifton. She was a retired secretary of Environmental Services at Tift Regional Medical Center after thirty-eight years. Mrs. Wilcox loved her Lord and her family, especially her grandchildren. Connie enjoyed traveling and camping. Her hobbies were arts and crafts, growing flowers and raising her pets.

Mrs. Wilcox is survived by her husband of thirty-five years, Shelton Leon Wilcox; her daughter, Kristian Spivey of Tifton; two grandchildren, Kaleb Spivey and Peyton Spivey; one brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Elaine Stinton of Lakeland, Florida.
