Connie W. Johnson, 63, of Chula, died on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Tift Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Albritton Funeral Directors Chapel with the Rev. Tim Henry officiating. The family will receive friends at 12:30-1:30 PM on Sunday before the service.
Mrs. Johnson was born in Tift County on August 19, 1953 to Vivian Hemphill Womack and the late Lemmie Womack.
Mrs. Johnson graduated from Tift County High School in 1971 and was a waitress for thirty five years. She attended Independent Worship Center. Mrs. Johnson was a fun loving person who loved animals. She was very generous to people and she loved her family and being with friends.
In addition to her mother, Vivian Womack, Mrs. Johnson is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl Ann and Terry Bryan of Chula; two nieces, Becky Bryan and Maria Medina; and three nephews, Billy and Jamie Bryan, Bo and Kristin Bryan and Doug Drawdy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Johnson, one brother, Coy Womack and one sister, Carol Womack.
