Betty Jane (Gahagan) Dunn

Mrs. Betty Jane Gahagan Dunn, 82, of Tifton passed away on June 4, 2023 at her residence.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.

Mrs. Dunn was born December 23, 1940 in Corinth Mississippi to the late James Thomas Gahagan and Daisy Francis Collins Gahagan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Timothy Dunn, four sisters and three brothers. She was a Hospitality Hostess at hotels and resorts. Betty loved listening to country music, watching westerns, shopping at malls and mail order shopping. She especially loved to eat, traveling, talking on the phone and chatting on Duo. Betty was always rearranging the furniture.

Mrs. Dunn is survived by her children, Terri Hagan, Troy, Missouri, Patricia and Mark Berkowitz of Tifton, Georgia, Sharon and Julie Stokes of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania, Robin Krych of Bronx, New York and Lori Krych of Springfield, Illinois; sixteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
